Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate and print your prepaid Canada Post shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer carton to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any Canada Post location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
